Famous Indonesian dish. Beef slices marinated and cooked in coconut milk, a dish originating from West Sumatra

Pan-fried breaded prawn served with sweet chili sauce

Rosemary chicken
Roasted whole chicken with rosemary, olive oil with apple and onion stuffing

Pan cake stuffed with coconut shavings

Note:
You may want to give the chef a general idea of what you'd like to dine on, (seafood, chicken, beef, pork, vegetarian, western or Asian, spicy), and let him give you some specific suggestions, or even let him surprise you. If you want to leave the meals to his discretion, make sure to let him know of any dietary restrictions.

The staff can arrange for a romantic, candle-lit dinner for two on the garden podium. Just let them know ahead of time.
