Villa Coraffan seasons are defined as :

• Low : January 9^th to June 30^th (excluding Easter & Chinese New Year week), September 16^th to December 19^th
• High : July 1^st to July 31^st, September 1^st to September 15^th, Chinese New Year & Easter week
• Peak : August 1^st to August 31^st, December 20^th - January 8^th (Xmas & New Year)
